Villas in atakent

The project consists of 62 villas in 4 blocks. There are also 15 shops in the project that are there to meet the needs of the project's residents. The villas are designed in the form of duplex and triplex of types 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1. The gross area of the villas in the project, including the garden area, ranges from 154 to 418 square meters. The location of the villas is near Mehmet Akif Ersoy heart and cardiovascular diseases hospital and Sabahettin Zaim University's main campus in Halkali.
